This was our first time using Niagara Duct Cleaning, and it certainly won't be the last. From my initial phone inquiry to meeting Matthew and Chad on the scheduled service day, the entire experience was overwhelmingly positive. Our furnace tech had recommended we get the ducts cleaned.  We learned they had probably never been done.  We definitely are pleased with the cleaning would highly recommend this company.  Did not get names of the guys doing the cleaning but they were awesome!

However, Niagara Duct Cleaning has provided our non-profit organization nothing but professionalism, reliability, affordability, timeliness,  and the best air quality. Dawn has always been our point of contact and has been such an asset to our organization. She takes the time to book appointments with our tenants that best suits the needs of our tenants. She is patient, kind, and extremely informative. Our tenants are extremely happy with the crew that attends their unit and have expressed a very noticeable decrease in the amount of dust in the household and a better air quality.
